Return Policy
At Elevate, we take pride in delivering premium products and an unmatched customer experience. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to feel fully supported with every purchase.
THC Product Returns
To maintain the highest quality and safety standards, we accept returns on unopened and unused THC-related products within 15 days of the delivery date. Due to compliance and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on opened items.
To initiate a return, please email support@elevate-la.com with your order number and a brief explanation for your return request. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is approved, we will guide you through the shipping process. After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll issue a gift card or offer a replacement of equal value to ensure you continue to enjoy the best Elevate has to offer. Under no circumstances will we issue a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We stand by the quality of our products, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Our team will assess the issue and work quickly to make things right.
Non-Returnable Items
For policy consistency, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Final Sale or bulk purchases
- Gift cards

Clothing & Merchandise Returns
Elevate apparel and merchandise should be as fresh as your lifestyle. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns of new, unworn, and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase. However,
- Refunds will be issued as store credit only.
- Gift returns will be processed as store credit in the form of an Elevate gift card.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Process
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and notify you of approval or denial. This process may take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information confirms delivery to our store.
- Store credit refunds: If approved, an Elevate gift card will be emailed to the address used for the original purchase.
- If the returned item is not in new condition, we reserve the right to not issue the credit.
- Gift returns exchanged for store credit will be issued to the gift recipient.
Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Terms & Conditions
At Elevate, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis, always with the intent of delivering the best possible experience. Determining whether an item qualifies as unworn and unwashed is at our sole discretion.
To maintain fairness, we reserve the right to reject excessive or unreasonable return requests. In cases of suspected fraud or abuse, we may decline future returns or transactions. If an exception is made beyond the 30-day return window or without proof of purchase, refunds will be issued as Elevate store credit or in accordance with applicable local laws.
