At ELEVATE, we strive to provide fast, secure, and discreet shipping to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition. We take extra care to protect your privacy, packaging all THC products securely, with no identifying labels, scents, or markings that reveal the contents inside.

Our Commitment to Safe & Secure Shipping

We go above and beyond so that your package is delivered quickly, securely, and without damage. From using trusted carriers to employing protective packaging that guards against drops, spills, and external elements, we prioritize keeping your order safe throughout transit.

Processing & Shipping Times

We prioritize fast order processing, with a goal that all orders are handled within 24 hours and shipped out within 2 business days.

We offer shipping through USPS and UPS with the following options:

- Economy Shipping – Usually delivered within 4 to 7 business days

- Standard Shipping – Usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days

Order Tracking

Stay updated on your order’s progress with real-time tracking:

- Email & SMS Notifications – When you provide your email or phone number, you authorize ELEVATE to send shipping confirmations and order updates.

- Tracking Information – Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor delivery status.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand that occasional carrier delays or misdeliveries can happen. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for a carrier delay, which is often caused by unavoidable circumstances like poor weather.

In some cases, packages may be marked as "Delivered" while still in transit and may arrive within four business days.

If your package has not arrived after four business days of being marked "Delivered," please:

1. Check your surroundings (mailroom, front desk, neighbors, etc.).

2. Contact Customer Support at support@elevate-la.com for assistance.

Please note that ELEVATE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If you suspect a misdelivery, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. We are happy to provide you with any information we have regarding your package.

Shipping Restrictions

- Weekend & Holiday Shipping – Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- International Shipping – At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Terms & Conditions

At Elevate, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis, always with the intent of delivering the best possible experience. Determining whether an item qualifies as unworn and unwashed is at our sole discretion.

To maintain fairness, we reserve the right to reject excessive or unreasonable return requests. In cases of suspected fraud or abuse, we may decline future returns or transactions. If an exception is made beyond the 30-day return window or without proof of purchase, refunds will be issued as Elevate store credit or in accordance with applicable local laws.

For verification purposes, we may request additional information, including personal details. Our collection and use of personal information align with our Privacy Policy, which can be reviewed for more details.
